I spent three years working in a variety of capacities at Flavorpill Media, a digital media and event production company based in SoHo in New York City. I was originally hired to co-design/manage the Social Impact Program for the company and work as Executive Assistant to the CEO. I then took on the role of Partnerships Manager for client programs while continuing to manage the Social Impact Program.
// RESPONSIBILITIES ENTAILED //
+ Working with Account Management and Creative teams on experiential & digital marketing programs for clients such as Absolut, Ben & Jerry’s, Lululemon, Naked Juice, and others.
+ Developing & managing promotional, barter, and non-profit partnerships for client programs.
+ Designing & operating internal social impact program for the company; leveraging funding and employee volunteer support for nonprofit partners.
+ Writing a monthly post on Flavorpill.com highlighting social impact-focused events both locally within NYC and nationally.
+ Assisting with hiring key team members for Account Management and Creative teams.
// CASE STUDY //
I worked on a client program with Absolut called Lunch Break in which we produced a series of 1-hour daytime dance parties in clubs in 5 markets nationally. In addition to assisting general production and promotion of the program, I managed the non-profit integration with local food banks to leverage donations from attendees. We raised over $10k for the food banks to work on hunger relief in five markets.
